By using the Prodex website or registering for a training program, you agree to these terms.

1. About Prodex

PRODEX is a professional training service provider in Bangladesh, delivering industry-focused, competency-based training programs with certificates awarded upon successful completion.

2. Registration

• You must give accurate, up-to-date information when you register.
• Your seat is confirmed only after registration (and payment, if the program has a fee) is complete.
• We may reschedule or cancel a program if needed. If we cancel, you'll get a refund or a spot in the next batch.

3. Fees & Refunds

• Fees are shown at registration in BDT.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Account.
• Refunds: Full refund if any training is cancelled by Prodex.

4. Trainee Conduct

While in a program, you agree to:

• Attend and participate respectfully.
• Submit your own original work.
• Not record or share course materials without our permission.

We may remove a trainee from a program, without refund, for serious misconduct.

5. Certificates

• You'll receive a certificate if you meet the program's completion requirements (e.g. attendance, assignments, or a final assessment).
• Certificates confirm training completion only.
• We may revoke a certificate obtained through fraud or false information.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials and website content belong to Prodex. You may use them for personal learning only — not for resale or redistribution.

7. Liability

We are committed to delivering high-quality professional training and learning experiences. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the respective training program.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
